| Axis Banks (BIU): This is a high profile team with a mandate to drive data based decisions within the bank. Reporting in to the Head Banking Operations and Transformation, this department works with all businesses of the bank including retail, small business and corporate to drive analytics. In terms of functions, the department has teams focused on all aspects of analytics for the bank including risk analytics, financial crime analytics, business and marketing analytics, building predictive scores, data engineering and business reporting. |

The person would be a part of the Corporate Business reporting team focusing on development of Corporate MIS and Dashboards.

| Key Responsibilities |
The candidate will be responsible for: - Designing and implementing self-service BI dashboardsbased on modeled data for various business verticals.
- Understanding and analyzing data sources to meet diverse data requirements across horizontal areas.
- Evaluating the suitability of data model architecture for building effective BI dashboards.
- Supporting and contributing to ongoing initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Managing reporting requirements for business verticals with a focus on designing, building, and automatingstandard processes, reports, and analytical dashboards.
- Applying strong analytical skills to handle complex processes, perform advanced data manipulations, and deliver actionable insights.
- Working with large datasets and leveraging BI tools to develop interactive dashboards.
- Demonstrating quick learning ability, excellent communication, and presentation skills to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Developing and sharing best practices with multiple stakeholders.
- Exploring and implementing alternative data modeling and segmentation techniques.
- Ensuring timely and flawless delivery of projects.

| Qualifications |
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech., BCA,MCA,MBA.
- Experience: 2-3 years in BFSI implementing Business Intelligence solutions.
- Prior experience in Banking, Insurance, BFSI, or Consulting preferred.
- Proven track record of implementing large-scale Business Intelligence projects.

| Role Proficiencies: |
Knowledge - Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Oracle, PL/SQL, Python.
- Expertise in at least one BI tool is a must (preferably Power BI).
- Good understanding of Data Modeling and Data Warehousingconcepts.
- Familiarity with Banking domain(Digital Banking / Retail Banking / Corporate Banking).
- Possessing good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Skills - Technical expertisein Oracle, PL/SQL, BItools.
- Knowledge of Informatica ETL would be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle and interpret large volumes of transactional data and derive insights efficiently.
- Results-oriented mindset with a go-get-it-done attitude.
- Strong leadership and project management skills for working with internal and external partners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
