About BIU
Axis Banks (BIU): This is a high profile team with a mandate to drive data based decisions within the bank. Reporting in to the Head Banking Operations and Transformation, this department works with all businesses of the bank including retail, small business and corporate to drive analytics. In terms of functions, the department has teams focused on all aspects of analytics for the bank including risk analytics, financial crime analytics, business and marketing analytics, building predictive scores, data engineering and business reporting.
AbouttheRole
The person would be a part of the Corporate Business reporting team focusing on development of Corporate MIS and Dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
Primary responsible for WBCG Segment changes, tracking of segment, resolving exceptions on segments and review of income tagging Follow up and clearing of unidesk requests / emails and responding to daily emails from PMO mailbox basis till closure Focus on increasing controls for these segment changes and have end to end ownership of the process Review on enhancement and automation using existing tools such a tableau, SQL etc.. Creating tableau dashboards / exceptions reports require to monitor reporting Process is 70% manual and 30% technical Good communication, Both written and verbal Stakeholder management
Qualifications
Advanced degree (masters or above) in a quantitative subject such as Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Economics or Finance
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: Knowledge Regular synthesis, reporting, Dashboard and insight driven approach for the banks products/Business numbers. Technical Criteria: Excel SQL Skills
