About BIU
Axis Banks (BIU): This is a high profile team with a mandate to drive data based decisions within the bank. Reporting in to the Head Banking Operations and Transformation, this department works with all businesses of the bank including retail, small business and corporate to drive analytics. In terms of functions, the department has teams focused on all aspects of analytics for the bank including risk analytics, financial crime analytics, business and marketing analytics, building predictive scores, data engineering and business reporting.
AbouttheRole
Looking for a detailoriented professional to support endtoend project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking Prepare status reports, trackers, and meeting minutes Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors Follow up on deliverables to ensure timely closure Maintain documentation as per process and compliance standards Support budgeting, PO/invoice tracking, and related administrative tasks
Qualifications
Graduate (any discipline)with 0-3 years of experience in project coordination/operations PostGraduate (MBA/PGDM/MCA or equivalent)with 2-5 years of experience in PMO/project support Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools Strong communication & documentation skills Good analytical and coordination abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under timelines Detailoriented and processdriven Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following: Knowledge Regular synthesis, reporting, Dashboard and insight driven approach for the banks products/Business numbers. Skills Should have experience on JAVA/SQL/ETL and SAS Strong data handling, interpretive and problem solving skills with the ability to process large volume of transaction level data and efficiently derive actionable results. Having a results oriented attitude with go get it done skill Good management skills while working with both internal and external partner. Good to know Informatica and SAP BO.
