Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for Bird Scare Operators and Supervisors. The responsibilities include implementing bird control measures, monitoring bird activity, and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of bird management techniques. Operators will assist with deploying equipment and techniques to deter birds, while Supervisors will oversee operations, manage teams, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and optimize control strategies.
Qualifications
- Understanding and practical experience with bird control equipment and techniques
- Strong observational and monitoring skills to track bird activity and behavior
- Leadership and team management skills for Supervisors to effectively guide and oversee operations
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance regulations in operational environments
- Good communication and problem-solving skills for effective collaboration and quick decision-making
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- Diploma or equivalent educational qualification; prior experience in a relevant field is an advantage
