Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Bira 91 Taprum role based in Delhi, India. The responsibilities include ensuring smooth daily operations of the taproom, maintaining quality and customer experience, and managing staff. The role also involves inventory management, monitoring adherence to health and safety guidelines, and engaging with customers to promote the Bira 91 brand. The candidate will work closely with the management team to enhance the overall performance of the taproom.
Qualifications
- Customer service skills, leadership abilities, and experience in team management
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and adherence to operational compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
- Basic inventory management and organizational skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Delhi, India, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
