As a Medical Coding Executive, you will review patient medical records and assign accurate diagnostic and procedural codes using standard medical coding guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Review medical records and clinical documentation.
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on physician documentation.
- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations and coding guidelines.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve coding discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely claim processing.
- Stay updated with coding standards, medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
Eligibility
- B.Sc./M.Sc. Biotechnology or equivalent Life Science degree.
