Biostatistics: Assistant / Associate / Full Professor

The mission of Bagchi School of Public Health is to improve public health and the environment locally, nationally, and globally through research, training, and developing, disseminating, and implementing sustainable evidence-based interventions, programmes, and policies.

We are seeking applications or nominations for an expert in biostatistics with experience in the design, development, and application of rigorous biostatistical techniques to clinical trials, epidemiology, genomics, or large-scale electronic health records.

The ideal candidate will combine classical statistical theory with high-performance statistical computing to solve high-dimensional data integration challenges in public health and medicine.

Note: Candidates whose work primarily does not have a public health focus are not eligible.

Qualifications: PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Medical Statistics, or a closely related quantitative discipline. Strong publication track record. Senior applicants would require a funding track record.
