Role Description

The Biomedical Device Support Specialist – Elle TENS is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role will work closely with the sales team and our distributor/dealer network to support the successful adoption and use of Elle TENS across hospitals and maternity centres.

The Specialist will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, training doctors, nurses, midwives, and hospital staff on the appropriate use of Elle TENS, and providing hands-on support to mothers and healthcare professionals during product implementation whenever required. The role will also involve supporting hospital onboarding, addressing technical and product-related queries, assisting the sales team during customer visits, and ensuring distributors and dealers are adequately trained and supported.

The Specialist will coordinate with hospitals, clinical teams, distributors, and internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities also include maintaining training and service documentation, gathering user feedback, supporting product education initiatives, and helping healthcare professionals confidently integrate Elle TENS into their labour pain management practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of medical devices and core biomedical engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Ability to confidently demonstrate medical devices to doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
  • Prior experience supporting medical equipment in hospitals or clinical environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to troubleshoot product-related issues and understand technical manuals and instructions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient, empathetic approach when interacting with mothers and clinical teams.
  • Good documentation and reporting skills with a commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai and surrounding customer locations as required.
  • Ability to work closely with sales teams, distributors, dealers, and hospital teams.
