Job Description

Leadership and Quality Standards: Maintain ISO quality standards, set departmental goals, train staff, and define improvement roadmaps.
Asset Management: Manage equipment inventory, warranties, and customer satisfaction; update asset protocols and organize vendor comparisons.
Risk & Safety Management: Supervise incident reporting, documentation, and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Human Resource Management & Staff Development: Conduct staff orientation, mentoring, performance appraisals, conflict resolution, counseling, and efficient manpower utilization.
Spare Parts Management: Oversee spare parts inventory, ensure timely preventive maintenance, and control costs and quality.
Fiscal Management: Manage maintenance costs within budget and handle equipment insurance claims and payments.
