Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Biomedical Engineer located in South Delhi. The Biomedical Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and managing various medical equipment, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. Day-to-day tasks include diagnostics, repairs, calibration, and providing technical support for medical devices and systems in healthcare settings. Collaboration with clinical and technical teams is also expected to ensure optimal equipment functionality and patient care quality.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Medical Equipment and Biomedical Engineering
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance processes
- Familiarity with Clinical Engineering practices, including troubleshooting and handling medical devices
- Ability to work effectively within hospital settings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Relevant work experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is preferred
