Senior Biology Faculty (NEET)
Location: Sairam Schools, across Tamil Nadu including Chennai
Qualification
M.Sc. Biology / Zoology / Botany / Life Sciences with B.Ed. from a recognized university
OR
Ph.D. in Biology / Zoology / Botany / Life Sciences from a recognized university
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Higher Secondary Biology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coaching students for NEET.
- Proven track record of producing successful results in Board Examinations and NEET will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Biology for Classes XI and XII.
- Prepare students for NEET examinations.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, assignments and test papers.
- Conduct regular assessments and monitor student progress.
- Provide academic mentoring and doubt clarification sessions.
- Use innovative teaching methods and digital learning tools to enhance student learning.
Required Skills
- Strong subject knowledge in Botany and Zoology.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex biological concepts and develop analytical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with NEET examination patterns and syllabus.
