We're looking for biology experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on advanced scientific content. Your knowledge will directly shape how AI understands, reasons through, and communicates complex biology — from molecular mechanisms to systems-level concepts.

What You'll Do
- Design challenging, advanced biology problems and questions to rigorously test AI performance
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with sound scientific logic and reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Identify errors, misconceptions, or gaps in AI responses across biology topics
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Masters-level biology
- Provide structured, actionable feedback that drives measurable improvements in AI models
Who You Are
- Pursuing or completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong command of advanced biology concepts with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating quality and accuracy
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with how large language models (LLMs) work
- Background spanning multiple biology subdisciplines (e.g., cell biology, genetics, physiology, biochemistry)
