What You'll Do
- Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related fields to design rigorous, complex problem statements
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to sharpen AI model reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated scientific content for accuracy, depth, and methodological soundness
- Ensure scientific rigor, clarity, and intellectual integrity across all deliverables
- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Hold a Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or equivalent
- Experienced with Python or R in a research or project context
- Deep expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
- Exceptionally clear written communicator with strong attention to scientific detail
- Fluent in English and based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand
- Self-motivated and dependable when working independently
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
- Background in peer review, scientific writing, or academic publishing
- Familiarity with AI tools or model evaluation workflows
- Experience bridging complex scientific concepts for broader technical audiences
