About The Role
What if your years of biology training could directly shape how AI reasons through the most complex problems in genetics, biotechnology, and bioinformatics We're looking for Masters- and PhD-level biology experts to help build and challenge cutting-edge AI models — ensuring they think rigorously, reason accurately, and reflect the depth of real scientific expertise.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed around your schedule. No AI background needed — just deep domain knowledge and a sharp scientific mind.

What You'll Do
- Develop, solve, and critically evaluate advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related fields to design complex, nuanced problem statements
- Assess AI-generated scientific reasoning for accuracy, depth, and rigor
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen model performance
- Ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards of scientific clarity and precision
Who You Are
- Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
- Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or data analysis
- Exceptionally clear written communicator — you can make complex science accessible without sacrificing accuracy
- Detail-oriented and self-directed, able to produce high-quality work independently
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data labeling, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with bioinformatics pipelines or computational biology tools
- Academic or industry research experience with published or applied outcomes
- Background in designing or reviewing scientific assessments or curriculum
