Role Overview:

As a Computational Biology & Genomics Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to review analytical rubrics and ensure rigorous standards in genomics data analysis for one of our clients, a global leader in the biotechnology industry. This expert-level, remote contractor position involves evaluating and interpreting complex biological datasets to support cutting-edge research and experimental design. You will play a pivotal role in shaping standards for bioinformatics and genomics workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess analytical rubrics for computational genomics projects to ensure high-quality data analysis

• Evaluate and interpret complex biological datasets to support research and experimental design

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement bioinformatics pipelines for large-scale genomics data analysis

• Develop and maintain data integration platforms to ensure seamless data exchange and quality assurance in genomics

• Communicate complex analytical results through written and verbal reports to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in sequence alignment, CRISPR design tools, and large-scale genomics data analysis

• Proficiency in bioinformatics pipeline development and data integration platforms

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in genomics and ability to ensure compliance

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a high degree of autonomy
