Bioinformatics & Genomics Analyst

• University degree in bioinformatics, computer science, molecular biology, or a related field.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing bioinformatics pipelines (NGS data processing, variant calling, RNA-seq, GWAS).
• Hands-on experience in developing tools and applications for working with genomic and clinical data.
• Ability to ensure scalability, reproducibility, and standardization of workflows.
• Strong programming skills (Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL).
• Proficiency with workflow management tools - WDL, Nextflow.
• Knowledge of containerization and cloud technologies (Docker, Terraform).
• Experience in developing web and desktop applications is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (scientists, clinicians, developers).
• Familiarity with modern technologies and best practices in data analysis and software engineering.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
