Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in
Nagpur for a
BIM Specialist with experience in architecture and interior fields. The BIM Specialist will be responsible for performing BIM coordination, developing and managing building information models, and integrating various design disciplines, including architecture and MEP systems. They will ensure seamless model-based documentation, oversee submittals for projects, and collaborate closely with teams to support quality control and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of expertise in BIM Coordination, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Architecture
- Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- 8+ Experience with creating, reviewing, and managing submittals
- Strong understanding of design processes and workflows in architecture and interior projects
- Proficiency in BIM software and tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with interdisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality documentation and modeling
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in managing digital project coordination and documentation
