Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Specialist based in Chennai. The BIM Specialist is responsible for overseeing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, collaborating on architectural designs, coordinating MEP systems, and ensuring the successful execution of BIM workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include BIM coordination, preparing and managing submittals, and ensuring compliance with project-specific requirements and timelines.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination
- Knowledge and experience in Architecture and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems
- Proficient in preparing and managing Submittals
- Strong collaborative and organizational skills to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience in using BIM tools and software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other related platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience in fast-track design and project execution is advantageous
