Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior/Assistant Manager - Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business development and international sales, particularly with US and UK clients, along with exposure to the BIM/AEC industry. This role is responsible for generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients across the US and UK markets.
  • Conduct market research to identify target accounts and key decision-makers.
  • Schedule meetings and sales presentations for the business development team.
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively through CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions for prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
  • Mandatory experience working with US and/or UK clients.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the BIM (Building Information Modelling) or AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work on the night shift (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales and international business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of the AEC industry ecosystem and BIM services.
  • Experience handling end-to-end sales cycles.
