Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a BIM Modeler (Revit) role located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing BIM models using Revit. On a daily basis, the individual will collaborate with project teams to execute technical designs, ensure quality control, and maintain documentation related to infrastructure projects. In addition, the role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure accuracy, adherence to project specifications, and timely project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BIM tools and software, particularly Autodesk Revit
- Experience in creating, editing, and managing BIM models, including 3D modeling and drafting
- Strong understanding of building and infrastructure design concepts and principles
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in BIM processes and workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Relevant experience or training in BIM and a solid academic background in engineering, architecture, or a related field
- Familiarity with additional software, such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, or related tools, is a plus
- Effective communication and time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects
