BIM Architecture Modeler
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and deliver high-quality architectural BIM models in Revit with project specifications and BIM Execution Plans.
- Lead the preparation of architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and presentation views derived from BIM models.
- Coordinate proactively with Structural, MEP, Landscape, and Infrastructure teams to ensure accurate model integration and resolution of clashes.
- Support quantity take-offs, BOQs, estimates, and specifications based on architectural BIM outputs.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelors Degree from a reputed institute.
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on professional experience in architectural BIM modeling.
- Proven experience working on Buildings, Urban Infrastructure, Master Planning, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong expertise in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows with the ability to manage complex architectural models.
- Experience handling mid- to large-scale projects independently from modeling through documentation.
- Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and commitment to timely, high-quality delivery.
