Overview

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to support the development, coordination, and quality of BIM models across engineering and construction projects. The role focuses on ensuring design accuracy, seamless collaboration, clash-free project execution, and adherence to BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support BIM implementation across project teams.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Assist in developing BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Create, maintain, and update BIM models.
• Perform model QA/QC reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
• Run clash detection and maintain issue logs.
• Support design review and coordination meetings.
• Provide technical support and software training when required.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a BIM Modeller.
• Proficiency in Revit, CADWorx, or Civil 3D.
• Strong hands-on experience with Navisworks Manage.
• Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and QA/QC.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on MEP projects.
• Knowledge of BIM automation, scripting, or batch programming.
• Experience supporting BIM coordination meetings.
• Familiarity with BIM standards and best practices.
• Experience delivering software training and user support.
