Job Description

Job Description: BIM Modeller – Transportation

Location: Project / Office Based

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage BIM models for transportation projects such as roads, highways, railways, metro, and bridges.
  • Prepare detailed 3D models, drawings, and construction documents using BIM tools.
  • Coordinate with design engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and clash-free deliverables.
  • Implement BIM standards, workflows, and quality control procedures.
  • Extract quantities, drawings, and reports from BIM models.
  • Support project teams during design development and construction stages.

Software Skills

  • Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks
  • AutoCAD
  • BIM 360 / ACC (preferred)

Key Skills

  • Strong understanding of transportation design principles and standards.
  • Experience in BIM execution plans (BEP) and coordination.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work within project timelines and quality requirements.
