Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler / BIM Engineer / BIM Coordinator to create, modify, and manage accurate 3D Building Information Models (BIM) based on design drawings and project specifications. The candidate will collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure high-quality BIM deliverables and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify 3D BIM models based on design drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and workflows.
- Review and update models based on design changes.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
- Generate drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
- Maintain model accuracy and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
