This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Modeler based in Rajkot. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and reviewing Building Information Models for architectural and MEP designs. Day-to-day tasks include developing accurate construction drawings, collaborating with design and project teams, ensuring adherence to project standards, and troubleshooting model-related issues. The role requires efficient communication and coordination with various stakeholders to achieve precise project outcomes.

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the ability to create and manage detailed models
• Background in Architecture and experience with construction processes and design principles
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration with BIM
• Experience in creating and interpreting Construction Drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within diverse teams
• Proficiency in relevant BIM software tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
• A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience working in an on-site or project-based environment is a plus
