This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Modeler, located in Rajkot. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing building information models, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to produce detailed construction drawings. The role includes tasks related to architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure design and construction accuracy.

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools, software, and processes
• Strong understanding of architecture principles and construction practices
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Expertise in creating detailed construction drawings and models
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to project requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Professional certifications in BIM or relevant software are an advantage
