Job Title: BIM Coordinator – Architecture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 6 - 9 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of architectural, MEP, and related construction drawings.
• Good knowledge of building construction methodologies and BIM standards.
• Experience in BIM coordination for large-scale commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and high-value infrastructure projects.
• Ability to perform clash detection, model coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration using BIM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Produce accurate, error-free drawings and documentation in compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project coordination and timely delivery.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support for BIM-related activities.
• Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans, company standards, and quality procedures.
