About the Role

The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and maintaining Building Information Modeling (BIM) across various disciplines including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. This role requires a strong understanding of BIM processes and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain architectural BIM models from LOD 400 up to LOD 500.
• Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations for presentations, client approvals, and design validation.
• Generate detailed shop drawings (plans, sections, elevations, schedules).
• Support 3D coordination and clash detection with structure and MEP.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan (BEP) & QA/QC requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and rendering tools (Enscape, Lumion, Twin motion or equivalent).
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Familiarity with BIM Level of Development (LOD 350–500).
• Good understanding of coordination workflows and drawing production.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in reinforcement detailing and structural steel modeling.
• Familiarity with LOD requirements (350–500) and BIM workflows.
• Understanding construction sequencing and shop drawing preparation.
