Role Description

We are looking for a BIM Modeler / Revit Modeler – Plumbing / MEP to support our project design team in preparing and managing Revit-based 3D models and drawings.

The role will mainly involve Revit modeling support for irrigation, plumbing, pump rooms, water features, and related MEP systems. The candidate will work closely with the design team to prepare coordinated models, drawings, layouts, and project documentation as per project requirements.

This is a work-from-home role, with preference for candidates based in New Delhi, NCR, or Uttarakhand. Coordination meetings may be required online or in person, depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage Revit models for plumbing, irrigation, pump rooms, water features, and related MEP systems

• Support the design team in developing coordinated 3D models and drawings
• Convert design inputs, sketches, CAD layouts, and markups into Revit models
• Prepare plans, sections, details, schedules, and drawing sheets
• Coordinate with internal project team members for model updates and revisions
• Review architectural, landscape, civil, and MEP backgrounds for coordination
• Maintain model accuracy, file organization, and drawing standards
• Assist in clash review and basic coordination with other disciplines
• Ensure drawings are prepared as per project specifications and submission requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Revit modeling, preferably in Plumbing / MEP systems
• Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• Basic understanding of Plumbing, Irrigation, Drainage, Pump Room, or MEP systems
• Ability to work from CAD drawings, design markups, sketches, and consultant inputs
• Experience in preparing construction drawings and BIM documentation
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage
• Engineering diploma, degree, or relevant technical certification preferred
• Candidate should be disciplined and comfortable working in a remote / work-from-home environment

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidate from New Delhi / NCR or Uttarakhand will be preferred
• Trained and qualified Revit modeler with practical project experience
• Should be able to support the design team on multiple project requirements
• Should be responsive, organized, and comfortable with online coordination
