Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (MEP and Civil) to join our team on a full-time basis for Madurai location with minimum 2- 8 years of experience in Revit.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a BIM Modeler with a strong portfolio of completed projects demonstrating competence.
- Preferred only B.E/ B.Tech with Civil or Mechanical
- Proficiency in Revit (Mandatory skill) and BIM Modeling (Mandatory skill), essential for project execution and efficiency.
- Experience in Landscape Design with an ability to translate design concepts into workable 3D models.
- Familiarity with Swimming Pool design is preferred for enhanced versatility in project handling.
- Demonstrated skills in collaboration and communication, ensuring seamless project integration and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Capability to work across multidisciplinary teams, gaining diverse insights and approaches to construction and design.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in drafting and revising construction drawings.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate and apply out-of-the-box thinking in complex scenarios.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models using Revit and ensure accuracy across all phases of project development.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and designers to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Update and maintain BIM models, ensuring they reflect the latest design changes and improvements.
- Generate construction documentation and high-detail drawings to aid project execution and management.
- Assist in troubleshooting design and engineering issues within the BIM framework.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure project timelines are adhered to and are within budget.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM software advancements and industry best practices for continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to junior team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
