About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler with hands-on experience in developing accurate 3D models and drawings using BIM tools. The role focuses on execution, coordination support, and timely delivery of high-quality models for data center and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop 3D BIM models and 2D drawings using Revit MEP/Electrical
- Prepare shop drawings based on LOD 300/350 inputs
- Support in development of LOD 400 models for project execution
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and assist in issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, engineering) for model updates
- Ensure accuracy and quality of models as per project standards
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of models and drawings
- Assist in extracting BOQs, layouts, and data sheets from BIM models
- Work on BIM collaboration platforms like BIM 360 / ACC (good to have)
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit (MEP/Electrical) – Mandatory
- Working knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of BIM LOD standards (LOD 300/350/400)
- Familiarity with data center / structured cabling / AV systems (preferred)
Qualifications:
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil
- 2–5 years of relevant BIM modeling experience

Good to Have:
- Experience in data center projects
- Exposure to BIM collaboration tools (BIM 360, ACC)
