Job Description – Electrical BIM Modeller
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 5 - 10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and prepare Electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Create detailed electrical layouts, schematics, lighting, power, and cable routing drawings.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams for clash-free model development.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, client requirements, and BIM execution plans.
- Generate shop drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation from BIM models.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design/modeling conflicts.
- Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and timely project delivery.
- Support project teams during design development and construction stages.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical BIM Modelling.
- Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Good understanding of electrical systems, BIM workflows, and construction drawings.
- Experience in infrastructure/building projects will be preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with good coordination skills.
- Knowledge of clash detection and BIM coordination tools will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
Preferred Industry:
- Infrastructure / Building Engineering / MEP Consultancy / EPC Projects.
