Job description
- BIM Originator for Civil team with sound knowledge over the BIM tools and CDE
- Production and verification of BIM models and civil, piping and equipment drawings for
- Taking responsibility for technical quality assurance and client feedback and ensuring effective communication of any changes/ modifications.
- Engaging in company activities and initiatives.
- Delivery within budget for your projects.
- Understanding company procedures and compliance.
- Active participation and contribution towards digital initiatives in Arcadis.
- Engaging with various Arcadis Regional offices/ wider teams in GECs.
- Ensure the schedule and quality requirements.
- Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
- High level of communication and good writing skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Graduation in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of BIM tools such as Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC etc.
- Knowledge of alternative tools, as applicable from time to time, would be preferable.
- Knowledge of LCNC developments, Dynamo etc. will be preferable
- Civil 3D and CAD knowledge as below but not limited to,
- Basic 2D Cad commands
- Page setup manager
- Civil 3D - pipe networks, profile bands and surface
- Awareness about CDE such as, SharePoint and ACC
- Grading
- Slope calculations
- Basic Civil engineering terminologies
