Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Modeler based in Thiruvananthapuram. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to support architectural, engineering, and construction projects. Tasks include creating and coordinating construction drawings, working with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project quality, and integrating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) elements into models. The role will involve both in-office collaboration and some remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience with relevant software tools
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings
- Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) system modeling and integration within projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in design and modeling tasks
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry is advantageous
