We do have reuirement for BIM MEPF Design Engineer for Ahmedabad Location.
Qualification:- BE Mechanical/Diploma
Experince:- ELV or FIRE minumum (2 years to 7 yeras Exp.)
Position:- BIM MEPF Design Engineer
Salary:- 35,000.00 - 55,000.00 per month
Software Skills:Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, Clash Detection Tools

Key Responsibilities
- BIM Modeling & Coordination
- Develop detailedMEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting)BIM models using Revit.
- Prepare 3D coordinated models ensuring proper integration with architectural and structural disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and prepare clash reports usingNavisworks.
- Design & Drafting
- Prepare design drawings, construction drawings, and shop drawings as per project standards.
- Support the design team in creating layouts for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, Firefighting, etc.
- Ensure all drawings comply with codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Documentation & Deliverables
- Prepare BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from the BIM model.
- Maintain drawing registers, revision control, and model updates.
- Assist in preparing BIM execution plans and model submission formats.
- Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, architects, and consultants for model updates.
- Participate in internal and external project coordination meetings.
- Resolve technical issues related to model accuracy and design conflicts.
- Quality & Standards
- Ensure the model follows BIM standards, LOD requirements, and company templates.
- Maintain high-quality output within given timelines.
- Adhere to company QA/QC procedures and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
- Ability to produce accurate coordinated BIM models and detailed drawings.
- Good understanding of MEP services design principles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience in BIM 360, Dynamo, or other automation tools.
- Knowledge of international standards (ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, IPC, IS standards).
- Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial project
