This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) Mentor located in Coimbatore. The mentor will be responsible for providing BIM training with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to aspiring Civil Engineers and Architects. Responsibilities include developing and delivering training sessions, preparing course materials, mentoring students, reviewing their work, incorporating real-world project workflows, and supporting students in building their professional skills. The mentor will also collaborate with industry experts to keep course content up-to-date with the latest BIM trends and standards.

• Proficiency in BIM tools and software such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, and other industry-relevant platforms
• In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the AEC industry
• Experience in BIM project implementation and real-world project workflows
• Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support students
• Ability to create and deliver structured training programs and materials
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related AEC field
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in the AEC domain is an advantage
• Ability to stay updated with advancements in BIM technologies and practices
