BIM Manager

Role Purpose

We seek a BIM Manager to own BIM standards, model quality and multidisciplinary coordination across projects, combining strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain BIM standards, execution plans, templates, libraries and documentation protocols.
• Set up project models, worksharing, coordinates, links and consultant exchange workflows.
• Lead coordination across architecture, structure, MEPF, medical equipment and specialist disciplines.
• Manage model federation, clash detection and issue resolution using Revit and Navisworks.
• Audit model accuracy, health and compliance, ensuring consistency with drawings, schedules and details.
• Support project mobilisation, submissions and construction-stage coordination.
• Train teams, troubleshoot technical issues and improve workflows through standardisation and automation.

Qualifications

B.Arch or B.E. in Civil Engineering, with BIM certification and 3–5 years of relevant experience in BIM delivery and multidisciplinary coordination. Experience with healthcare, institutional or other technically complex buildings is an advantage.

You will be accountable for BIM quality and coordination across projects, beyond model production.
