Role Overview
As a BIM Manager, you will lead BIM implementation for large-scale Prestige projects (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use developments). You will be responsible for enforcing Prestige-specific BIM standards, use cases, and processes across all project phases. This role requires managing digital coordination between consultants, contractors, and BIM coordinators to ensure high-quality, clash-free models that support design, cost control, procurement, construction, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Enforce Prestige-specific BIM standards, processes, and use cases across all projects.
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for each project stage (Concept, Design, Construction, Handover).
- Ensure all models are audited and fully compliant with Prestige Standards.
- Lead multi-disciplinary federated model coordination and ensure all clashes are resolved before construction.
- Conduct BIM-based design reviews with consultants to support design finalization and quality assurance.
- Oversee Field Management setup within the CDE, and provide required training to site teams for adoption.
- Integrate BIM with project controls: 4D (time), 5D (cost), and 6D (facility management).
- Collaborate with contractors for preparation of shop drawings, rebar detailing, and façade coordination.
- Develop BIM dashboards and progress reports for project leadership to track digital delivery KPIs.
- Ensure smooth delivery and handover of As-Built BIM models enriched with asset data for facilities management.
