Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager with strong expertise in structural BIM workflows, coordination management, and project delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing BIM processes, leading multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring compliance with project standards across all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BIM implementation across structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific BIM standards.
• Oversee the development of accurate 3D BIM models and ensure compliance with LOD and project requirements.
• Manage model coordination and conduct regular clash detection reviews using Navisworks.
• Supervise BIM teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality models and construction documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation control and collaboration using BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings and resolve interdisciplinary issues efficiently.
• Establish quality control procedures and perform model audits to maintain data integrity.
• Provide technical guidance and training to BIM engineers and modellers.
• Collaborate with structural engineers to ensure design intent is accurately reflected in BIM deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience specifically as a BIM Manager.
• Strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC.
• In-depth understanding of BIM standards, BEP, LOD, and IFC requirements.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary coordination on large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
