We are looking for a BIM Manager (with Plus Skills), BIM Lead, or Senior BIM Specialist.
Technical Skills
- Expert in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360 / ACC, and clash detection workflows.
- Proficiency in Dynamo, Python, or similar scripting languages.
- Experience in AI-driven tools, machine learning-assisted BIM workflows, or LLM-based automation.
- Familiarity with parametric modeling (Grasshopper/Rhino) is a plus.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 standards and BIM maturity models.
- Exposure to digital twins, 3D–7D BIM, or computational design.
- Experience integrating LLMs or AI into Revit workflows (custom GPTs, plugins, etc.).
Preferred Experience
- Proven track record as a BIM Manager, BIM Lead, or Senior BIM Specialist.
- 8 -10+ years of experience managing large-scale International architectural or AEC projects around the world.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch/B.E/B.Tech in Civil /).
