About the Role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead and manage the BIM and CAD departments for a fast-growing architectural and engineering outsourcing firm. The role requires strong technical expertise in BIM workflows along with leadership capabilities to guide teams, implement standards, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the BIM and CAD teams across multiple projects

Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and protocols

Oversee BIM execution plans and ensure compliance across projects

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders for effective BIM collaboration

Review BIM models and CAD drawings to ensure accuracy, quality, and project standards

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BIM and CAD team members

Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables

Support project teams in resolving technical challenges related to BIM modeling and documentation

Ensure proper implementation of BIM tools, templates, and libraries

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering (B.Arch preferred)

6 to 8 years of experience in BIM modeling, coordination, or management

Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD

Experience managing BIM standards and workflows in an organization

Strong knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, and documentation processes

Experience leading or managing technical teams

Strong communication and project coordination skills

Preferred Skills

Experience working on international architecture or engineering projects

Knowledge of Navisworks or BIM collaboration tools

Exposure to multidiscipline coordination workflows
