Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Lead located in Bengaluru. The BIM Lead will oversee Building Information Modeling processes, coordinate with project stakeholders, and manage the creation and maintenance of accurate 3D BIM models for projects. Responsibilities include overseeing design integration, supervising a team of BIM technicians, managing schedules for model deliverables, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project-specific requirements. Additional duties may include leading meetings, providing guidance on technical challenges, and ensuring effective collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software and related tools.
• Knowledge of BIM .
• Strong project management and coordination capabilities, including team supervision.
• Experience in design interpretation, model quality control, and industry standard compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative and dynamic on-site environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant field is preferred.
