Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a BIM Interior Architect specializing in Luxury Projects. The role involves developing and executing interior architecture and BIM workflows, engaging in BIM modelling, Interior Design, creating detailed documentation, and ensuring seamless coordination between multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities also include enhancing design accuracy through precise modeling, ensuring design intent is preserved during project execution, and collaborating with key project stakeholders during all phases from conceptual design to final delivery.

Qualifications

• B Arch Degree is a must.
• Proven expertise in Interior design or Architecture BIM modelling.
• Comprehensive understanding of Architecture and Interior Architecture principles
• Strong skills in BIM implementation, with the ability to coordinate and manage models efficiently
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
• Proficiency in relevant software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar BIM tools
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline
• Previous experience working on high-end interior or architectural projects is highly desirable
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
