Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models using industry-standard software, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
- Coordinate and integrate BIM models across multiple disciplines, such as Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams.
- Conduct clash detection analyses and collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Prepare and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), modeling standards, and project workflows.
- Produce construction documentation, schedules, and quantity take-offs directly from BIM models.
- Ensure all BIM deliverables meet project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
- Provide model-based coordination support to construction teams and assist in resolving project issues.
