BIM Engineer

Responsibilities:-

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models using industry-standard software, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Coordinate and integrate BIM models across multiple disciplines, such as Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams.
• Conduct clash detection analyses and collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Prepare and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), modeling standards, and project workflows.
• Produce construction documentation, schedules, and quantity take-offs directly from BIM models.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables meet project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Provide model-based coordination support to construction teams and assist in resolving project issues.
