Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site BIM Engineer - Structure role based in Hyderabad. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems and construction drawings, coordinating with architecture, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) teams, and implementing structural design standards. Additional responsibilities will include modeling, review, and revision of structural components, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring project compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related software
- Experience in creating and managing construction drawings and design documentation
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Strong understanding of architecture, civil engineering, and structural design principles
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is an added advantage
