BIM Engineer - MEP

Turner Construction Companyis seeking talented MEP BIM Engineers to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of BIM-enabled projects through innovative modeling, coordination, and collaboration.

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Airoli,Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.

• Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and resolve

design/construction conflicts.

• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, client requirements, and BIM

execution plans.

• Coordinate with MEP designers, architects, structural engineers, and site teams.

• Generate drawings, schedules, and model-based deliverables.

• Monitor model quality and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and Navisworks Manage.

• Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection

systems.

• Experience in clash detection, coordination workflows, and BIM standards.

• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Experience working on commercial, residential, healthcare, or infrastructure

projects.

• Knowledge of BIM 360/ACC and other BIM tools will be an added advantage.
