Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Engineer, located in Bhubaneshwar. As a BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models, interpreting construction drawings, and collaborating with teams across various engineering disciplines, including MEP, architecture, and civil engineering. You will ensure model accuracy, facilitate coordination among stakeholders, and contribute to delivering high-quality project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 05 years of experience with BIM tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of Construction Drawings and experience in preparing and reviewing detailed documentation for building projects.
- Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems with the ability to integrate them into BIM models effectively.
- Background in Architecture or Civil Engineering with practical experience in construction and design workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in BIM tools, architecture, or engineering are an advantage.
- Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software such as Revit or Navisworks is highly desirable.
