You'll Be Responsible For
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and collaboration across all projects.
- Develop and apply knowledge of ISO 19650 and related standards, supporting governance, assurance, and compliance processes.
- Ensure information security protocols are followed, while supporting the production, assurance, and delivery of information models.
- Contribute to BIM strategy through execution plans, information requirements, object library development, and shared resources.
- Review and research technology solutions, leveraging emerging innovations to enhance BIM processes and construction sequencing.
- Work collaboratively with project and design teams, supporting cost planning, continuous improvement, and the net zero carbon transition.
You'll Need To Have
- Degree qualification is essential with 6-8 years experience.
- Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
- Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
- Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
