BIM Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage detailed 3D models usingRevitfor cleanroom, HVAC, or architectural systems
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and MEP engineers fordesign coordination
• Generate drawings, layouts, sections, and construction documents
• Participate inclash detection, issue resolution, and design reviews
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure models are up-to-date with project requirements
• Support design changes and construction updates as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or diploma inCivil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering
• 4+ yearsof hands-on experience withBIM and Revit
• Pharma/cleanroom experience is aplus, but not mandatory
• Good understanding ofHVAC, architecture, or industrial building systems
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
