The BIM Coordinator/BIM Engineer is responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural, interior projects. Also responsible for producing technical drawings and models to meet the specifications required for the projects.
Job Responsibilities
Create, develop, and manage BIM models (primarily in Revit) for corporate interior and fit-out projects.
Ensure models adhere to company BIM standards, templates, naming conventions, and Level of Detail (LOD) requirements.
Update and maintain project models throughout all stages of design and execution. Generate construction drawings, GFC drawings, detailed drawings, and schedules from BIM models.
Ensure all drawings and documents are updated, well-organized, and delivered within timelines.
To Implement BIM workflows, standards, and protocols across all projects.
Stay updated with new software versions, industry trends, and BIM advancements.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, BE (CIVIL) engineering, construction, or a related field. Knowledge and Skill set Revit LOD 400, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, In Design, Lumion and AutoCAD. Experience in corporate interiors field. In-depth understanding of software. Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence. Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
